On-Site Support

We provide a variety of on-site services, including diagnosis and repair, system delivery and installation, routine maintenance, and software installation. Normal hourly rates apply. Our promise: If you have an issue that requires an on-site visit, we will provide an estimate of the cost based on available troubleshooting information. Should the length of time required for the repair be increased due to our diagnosis after arriving onsite, we will apprise the customer contact as soon as possible with a revised length of time and cost. If we are unable to resolve your issue in a timely manner, you pay nothing.

In-House Support

For cases where it's feasible to remove the system from the site and we anticipate extended troubleshooting requirements, we offer a variety of in-house support options. Most in-house service is a one-time fee charged per computer serviced. In the event our diagnosis reveals additional hardware required repairs, we will contact the customer as soon as possible with a quote for any additional required repairs.

Remote Support

Are you experiencing minor technical difficulties that don't require a site visit? We can solve many software problems via remote support, eliminating potential trip charges. In many cases, response times are shortened.

Backup Services

Protect your data with a comprehensive backup plan. 8% of all hard drives fail within the first 24 months of operation. With a combination of redundant drives and onsite/offsite backup solutions, we can ensure your critical information is protected against any catastrophe.
