All of our new workstations come with an in-house, no-questions-asked three year parts and labor warranty. In addition, we offer discounted labor rates for repairs after the warranty period expires.

Recovery Options

Tired of buying new systems that don't include recovery media? Our systems use the industry-standard secondary recovery partition, with optional full system restore media available at the time of installation.

No Junk. No Trials.

Instead of pre-loading a bunch of software you don't want and charging you to remove it, we install only necessary operating system and productivity software. Your system will be delivered fully tested, configured, and updated -- with a full-fledged office suite and a full license of a non-intrusive antivirus software package.

Infotek Solutions servers come free with 90 days of remote monitoring, letting us know about potential issues with your server and software before you're even aware of them. In many cases, we can even repair issues without visiting your office, saving you costly hourly service charges and decreasing the time it takes to resolve problems.

Warranties on mobile computing devices range from one year to five years, depending on your needs. Many models offer extended and accidental damage policies as well. Plus, you have the choice of dealing with the manufacturer directly, or allowing Infotek Solutions to handle it for you.
